This was my second experience with Bonnie, the first was a lash lift & tint and today I returned for the permanent eyeliner application. She absolutely is an expert in her craft!! Bonnie was precise while being gentle, kindly took the time to answer the many questions & concerns.. as this was all a first for me. Looking forward to my facial in a few weeks!
